Kinetic Table Thai Massages
Thai Table Massage is one of the most effective ways to improve mobility, reduce chronic tension, and help your body move with greater ease—all while remaining fully clothed in a comfortable, relaxing environment.
If you spend long hours at a desk, have an active lifestyle, or simply feel stiff and tight more often than you’d like, this may be the missing piece in your wellness routine.
“Great atmosphere and of course great services. If your body is hurting especially this is the place to go. Highly recommended.”

We do not recommend this service if any of the following conditions apply:
Fever or infectious illness: High body temperature (100.4°F / 38°C or higher), flu, colds, or viral infections.
Blood clot risks: Deep vein thrombosis (DVT), active phlebitis, or history of thrombosis.
Severe cardiovascular issues: Uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe heart disease, or uncompensated heart failure.
Advanced conditions: Severe osteoporosis, active cancer/tumors (without medical clearance), or immediate post-surgical recovery.
Intoxication: Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Pregnancy: Avoid deep belly pressure and intense stretching; requires specialized prenatal modification.
Local skin and tissue issues: Open wounds, burns, rashes, or infectious skin conditions (avoid the affected area completely).
Varicose veins: Avoid deep pressure or heavy compression directly over severe varicose veins.
Recent joint or muscle sprains: Avoid active trauma, fresh tears, or unhealed fractures until cleared
High Fracture Risk: Thai massage relies on deep compression and intense, passive yoga stretching that can easily fracture fragile bones.
Shoulder Vulnerability: Forcing "stuck" shoulders into passive stretches can cause joint dislocation, labrum tears, or rotator cuff injuries.
Our Specialty Massage services are designed to provide focused, targeted care for specific areas of tension that may not require a full-body table massage. These treatments concentrate on areas such as the head, face, jaw, hands, and feet, using intentional techniques to relieve localized discomfort while promoting relaxation and balance.
Each service is thoughtfully adapted to address your individual needs, allowing for deeper attention to areas affected by stress, overuse, or chronic tension. Whether you’re seeking relief from jaw discomfort, scalp and facial tension, or tired feet and hands, these sessions offer efficient, purposeful care in a calm and supportive environment.
