What to Expect
Sessions are performed using light, intentional movements in a calm, supportive environment. The pressure is gentle, making this treatment deeply relaxing and suitable for those who prefer subtle, therapeutic touch.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Sessions*
30 min session — $80
30 minutes is perfect for your first time experiencing MLD. If you are wanting to treat a specific condition or recovering after an operation, we suggest you do 30 minutes to start.
60 min session — $120
60 minutes is perfect for a more full body therapy. This allows your body to fully relax while your CMLDT customizes the session to your needs.
90 min session — $160
90 minutes is the perfect length to combine massage and lymphatic drainage or allow your CMLDT to work targeted areas and the full body for the best results!
*NOTE: Before scheduling a MLD session, clients are required to complete a health intake form by scheduling a Consultation to ensure the therapy is safe to perform.
After your initial intake, your CMLDT will communicate what type of therapy can be performed safely. MLD can be performed as a health maintenance service. It is very relaxing and perfect for relieving anxiety, improving energy and supporting your overall health. This service also resets and calms the central nervous system.
If you are seeking out MLD from the direction of your health care provider, you may be asked to provide your therapist with a doctor’s written recommendation.
