POLICIES

CANCELLATION FOR APPTS WITH SHANNON + CYNTHIA:

24 hour notice required for cancellation or rescheduling.

If you fail to notify us within the 24 hour period, you are subject to 100% charge of the service scheduled.

Failure to notify your practitioner you’ll be missing your appointment will be considered as a No Show and you will automatically be charged 100% of the service.

SICK:

Please do not come in if you are sick or think you are getting sick. If you have an active cold, flu, running fever, tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days, please do not come in for a service. We would rather you reschedule.

If you become suddenly ill, we ask for a notice as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the time to someone else in need. If notice is given within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment, you MAY be charged 50% of the missed service. (This is a courtesy to you and us. We ask that you only use this exception when ill and sparingly. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this rule if the policy has been repeatedly abused.)
